Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • A full replacement is offered on any damaged or faulty item.

  • If a replacement is not currently in stock, Paige’s Book Gallery will order one for you immediately.

  • Returns must be sent back to us at Paige's Gallery, 60 Guyton Street, Whanganui within 10 working days of receiving your purchase.

  • Items may be exchanged for another book or product, or for a gift voucher equal to the original purchase value.

  • Please include your receipt or online order number with your return.

  • We recommend using a tracked service when sending items back.

  • Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Your privacy is respected.

Paige’s Book Gallery does not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to provide a service – for example, arranging courier delivery.

We accept payment by internet transfer, debit card or Visa.

Inventory

We aim to keep our online stock accurate and up to date. However, occasionally an item may sell in-store before an online order is processed.

If this happens, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
