Today is cleanup day in Maddsville and all the engines are pitching in to rid the town of rubbish. Flick and Ember are hot on the trail of the culprit dropping all the litter. Meanwhile, there's smoke pouring out of Mr Popov's paint factory. The engines hurry to investigate, but will they make it in time?
