There are 44 spoken sounds in English and approximately 200 ways of spelling these sounds. This pack contains the phonics sounds children will most likely be taught first, and it is designed to help them start learning to read and spell. The workbook includes the most used alphabet sounds, then common consonant (digraphs/trigraphs) and other vowel sounds. Familiar words and characters from the beloved School of Monsters will encourage children to apply their phonics knowledge and grow their vocabulary!
